We have some exciting news to share with everyone: we’ve been acquired by Interactive Intelligence Group Inc. (Nasdaq: ININ). We’re all delighted to be joining the Interactive Intelligence family and today we want to share the details.

What it means for you?

Ever since Customer360 launched we’ve made it a top priority to give our users simplicity and transparency. To keep that promise, we’re alerting you to changes we’re making.

This letter serves as notification that Customer360 has decided to discontinue the service of ALL its core products, including but not limited to Helpdesk, Live Chat, Video, Screen Sharing and inApp Mobile Support. In other words, the Customer360 App will no longer be available for general availability and usage. Our intent is to support these products for a limited time to allow you to transition.

With this notification, Customer360 asks that you seek alternatives for continuity of your customer support function.
