    , for absolutely free! You can always choose to upgrade your plan to get access to more features.
  • You can purchase additional licenses for accommodating more members in your team. The payable amount will be billed to your credit card once you have confirmed the purchase.
  • Sorry. At present, we do not offer refunds.
  • Customer360 accept payments for its products in advance. Owing to this reason, there is no impact on the billing cycle, irrespective of the working status of your support team.

    When you upgrade or downgrade a plan, the new plan gets activated immediately after the purchase is completed. It overrides the existing plan. In case of a downgrade, there are no refunds.
  • You can either to choose to pay on a monthly basis or annually. The payable amount is billed to your credit card prior to usage. You can also add more number of licenses to your existing plan.
  • No. We do not charge any amount when the credit card is entered.
  • A payment may fail to complete if the credit card details submitted are not valid. In such a situation, we offer a grace period of 15 days. Your account stays active even after the grace period is over. You get access to the account once the transaction is successfully processed.
